Factoring out a Binomial factor

(x-5)(x+6)+(x-5)(2x+5)
the greatest common factor is (x-5)
(x-5)[(x+6)+(2x+5)]
commutative prop. of +
(x-5)(x+6+2x+5)
combine like terms
(x-5)(3x+11)

and that's how you factor out a binomial factor
