Another Question!

Also, I am a bit confused about the mixture, rate/time, and interest/principle problems.
If someone could go over it, that would be really helpful! :)

    12 Leters of a 12% solution must be mixed with a 20% solution to get a 14% solution. How much of the 20% solution should be added?
    Amount %
    12 .12
    x .20
    12+x .14
    12(.12)+x(.20)=.14(12+x)
    1.44+.2x=1.68+.14x
    .06x=.24
    x=4
    Add 4 leters of the soluton.
